Scott Johnson

Co-Host

Scott has been podcasting since 2012. His first podcast was connected with his computer business, and his second show was based on his involvement with ultrarunning. He's now a full-time podcaster, hosting and producing What Was That Like - a show about real people in unreal situations. Each episode is a conversation with a regular person who's been through something extremely unusual, like a plane crash, an avalanche, a grizzly bear attack, etc. The guest just comes on the show and tells the story of what happened. This podcast has 250+ episodes and more than 17 million downloads.

Scott bikes 5-10 miles most mornings. When he's not creating the podcast, he loves playing pool (mostly 9-ball) and volunteering for the local Humane Society. He lives in the Tampa Bay area with his two Yorkies, Lilly and Fenway.
